Vigil Chime is an award-winning Nigerian-American screenwriter, director, producer and novelist. A graduate of Columbia University’s Film program, she was the recipient of the 2017 Nicoll Fellowship in Screenwriting for her screenplay “Bring Back Girl.”

 

Chime is an Adjunct Professor teaching for the Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center, an affiliate of the Borough of Manhattan Community College. She lives in Harlem, New York.
